RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your Gravecraft order. If you change your mind about a physical item purchased online, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact Gravecraft within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the item you wish to return.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item within a further 14 days.
RETURN CONDITION
Returned items should be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition.
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. However, if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.
RETURN POSTAGE
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Please package returned items carefully. Art prints must be returned flat and protected from bending or damage.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, or you provide proof that it has been returned, we will issue your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
Our standard UK delivery service is free, so there is no standard outbound delivery charge to refund.
If you selected the paid Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery upgrade, the additional express delivery cost will not be refunded for a change-of-mind return, as our standard delivery option was available free of charge.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue where helpful.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or replacement, and will cover reasonable return postage where required.
PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
