RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Gravecraft order. If you change your mind about a physical item purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To request a return, please contact Gravecraft within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the item you wish to return.

Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

RETURN CONDITION

Returned items should be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition.

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and condition, resulting in a loss of value.

RETURN POSTAGE

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Please package returned items carefully. Art prints should be returned flat and protected from bending or damage.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received, your refund will be issued within 14 days using your original payment method.

Our standard UK delivery service is free, so no original standard delivery charge is applicable for refund.

If you selected a paid express delivery upgrade, the additional express delivery cost is not refundable when returning an unwanted item.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact Gravecraft as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where helpful.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights apply. We will arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy, including reasonable return costs where applicable.

PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital downloads are subject to different cancellation rules. Where a digital download is supplied immediately with your consent, your right to cancel may end once the download begins. Any applicable information will be shown clearly before purchase.
